By using accounts.games to sell Game Accounts, you acknowledge and accept the following:

You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your identity and the Game Account. You are responsible for providing full credentials upon request for the Platform to conduct the Live Verification Session (LVS) with the buyer. Sellers do not participate in LVS, and their only responsibility is to ensure the account is fully accessible and as described at the time of LVS.

You agree not to reclaim, recover, or attempt to regain access to any Game Account after a successful transaction. Attempting to do so constitutes a violation of these Terms, and the Platform may pursue legal action or other remedies.

You acknowledge that the Platform is not responsible for account bans, restrictions, suspensions, or loss of content caused by game developers or publishers. You also agree that any misrepresentation of the Game Account may result in transaction cancellation, withholding or forfeiture of payment, permanent removal from the Platform, and potential legal action.

Finally, by listing a Game Account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Platform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
