By using accounts.games to purchase Game Accounts, you acknowledge and accept the following:

You understand that participation in the Live Verification Session (LVS) is mandatory. The LVS is the sole opportunity to verify the Game Account’s condition, completeness, and conformity with the seller’s listing. Any disputes, concerns, or questions must be raised during the LVS. After the LVS concludes, no claims for refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be accepted, regardless of whether you respond via email or live chat.

You have the option to verify your full identity or not, but a verified email address is mandatory for communication and transaction purposes. Full payment must be made before the Platform shares Game Account credentials, and credentials are only provided once the LVS is successfully conducted with the Platform.

You acknowledge that the Platform and sellers are not responsible for bans, restrictions, suspensions, or other actions taken by game developers, publishers, or third-party services. It is your responsibility to secure and maintain the Game Account once the transaction is deemed completed after the LVS.

You also acknowledge that the Platform retains LVS recordings and related evidence to defend against fraudulent or defamatory claims. By proceeding with a transaction, you consent to the use of LVS recordings by the Platform to protect its business, reputation, and legal rights.

Providing false, temporary, or disposable contact information, or using third-party accounts for payment, is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in automatic forfeiture of rights to dispute or claim refunds.

Finally, by purchasing a Game Account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Platform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
