TeRMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction and Definitions

Welcome to https://www.accounts.games (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and us, governing your access to and use of the website located at https://www.accounts.games, including all related subdomains, features, technologies, tools, and functionalities (collectively, the “Platform”).

For the purposes of these Terms, the “Platform” refers to https://www.accounts.games, including all associated pages, systems, interfaces, and functionalities we make available. “Services” refers to all features, tools, and functionalities provided through the Platform, including but not limited to the listing, purchase, sale, transfer, or exchange of Game Accounts. “Game Accounts” refers to digital access credentials, profiles, or accounts for video games, online games, or gaming platforms that may be listed, purchased, or sold through the Platform. “User” refers to any individual or entity who accesses, uses, registers for, or interacts with the Platform or Services in any capacity.

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform to engage in any transactions, including buying or selling Game Accounts, users agree to be bound by these Terms and any other applicable rules, policies, or guidelines published by the Platform. Users must read and understand these Terms before using the Platform. If a user does not agree with these Terms, they must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications.

The Platform reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on the Platform. However, the version of the Terms in effect at the time of a specific transaction will govern that transaction. To ensure transparency, the Platform will also send a softcopy of the applicable TOS version to the buyer’s registered email prior to payment, thereby providing proof that the buyer acknowledged the Terms before making payment. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.


3. User Eligibility

All users must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction. Users must provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable information, including full legal name and contact information, as required to facilitate transactions. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws, regulations, and game publisher policies. The Platform reserves the right to restrict or deny access to users who fail to meet eligibility criteria, engage in fraudulent behavior, or violate any rules or policies.


4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including a verified email address, which is mandatory for communication and transaction purposes. Buyers have the option to verify their identity beyond the mandatory email verification, but irrespective of this choice, full payment for the Game Account must be made before credentials are shared. Game Account credentials are released only after the Platform has successfully joined and conducted the Live Verification Session (LVS) with the buyer, either via live chat or email verification during the session.

Participation in the LVS is mandatory and is the only opportunity for buyers to verify account details, review the Game Account’s condition, and raise any disputes or questions regarding missing items, restrictions, or discrepancies. Disputes or concerns must be raised during the LVS; no disputes, claims, or requests for refund will be accepted after the session concludes. If the buyer fails to respond via email or live chat before the LVS ends, the Platform may deem the transaction successfully completed based on the LVS recording as definitive evidence. Buyers acknowledge that they waive all rights to request refunds, chargebacks, or any form of monetary reversal after LVS completion or after the Platform has confirmed transaction fulfillment.

Buyers assume sole responsibility for securing and maintaining the purchased Game Account, including all features provided by the game developer or publisher once the transaction is deemed completed. Buyers also acknowledge that the Platform and sellers are not responsible for any account bans, restrictions, suspensions, or content loss imposed by game developers or publishers. In case of defamation or false public claims by buyers, the Platform retains the right to use LVS recordings and other transaction evidence to defend the business.


5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate and complete information regarding their identity and the Game Account being sold. This includes providing full account credentials, detailed descriptions of in-game items, currencies, skins, characters, achievements, restrictions, and any other relevant information affecting account value. Sellers must respond promptly to purchase requests and provide account credentials upon the Platform’s request for verification purposes.

Sellers do not participate in the LVS. Their sole responsibility is to provide full access to the Game Account for the Platform to conduct the LVS with the buyer. Sellers guarantee that the Game Account is functional, accessible, and accurately represented at the time of LVS. Any material misrepresentation or intentional omission may result in transaction cancellation, withholding or forfeiture of payment, permanent removal from the Platform, and potential legal action.

Sellers must not attempt to reclaim, recover, or regain access to any Game Account after a successful transaction, and any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms with legal consequences. Sellers are responsible for ensuring accurate payout information corresponding to their verified identity, as the Platform is not liable for losses from incorrect payout details.


6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made directly to the Platform via verified bank transfer, and payments are only considered received once successfully confirmed by the Platform. The Platform holds payment in temporary custody until the buyer completes the LVS and provides final confirmation. The seller receives payout only after the Platform verifies that the Game Account credentials provide full, unrestricted access and that the account matches the listing description.

Payments from third-party, shared, or unauthorized accounts are strictly prohibited, and any disputes arising from such payments are automatically forfeited by the buyer. All sales are final, and no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are permitted after LVS completion. Sellers agree to a 10% service fee deducted from proceeds, covering operational costs, LVS supervision, transaction security, and dispute prevention measures.


7. Listing Rules

Sellers must ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Accounts obtained through hacking, cheating, unauthorized methods, or without full transfer rights are strictly prohibited. Listings may not be altered in ways that misrepresent the Game Account, and sellers must disclose past bans, suspensions, penalties, or restrictions. The Platform reserves the right to review, reject, remove, or suspend listings for any reason, including suspected fraud, misrepresentation, intellectual property concerns, or legal issues. Once a transaction is initiated, sellers may not withdraw the listing. Sellers must ensure the account is prepared for transfer and fully accessible at the time of LVS.


8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or abusive behavior. Buyers and sellers must not disrupt, manipulate, or interfere with LVS or Platform systems. Unauthorized access, tampering, or misuse of financial information is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in forfeiture of payments, cancellation of transactions, permanent removal from the Platform, legal action, or reporting to authorities.


9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

All Game Accounts, in-game content, digital items, and virtual currencies remain the property of the original game developers or publishers. Buyers acquire only the Game Account access and user progress, not ownership of intellectual property. Users must comply with developers’ terms, EULAs, and other agreements, and the Platform is not responsible for penalties, suspensions, bans, or content removal imposed by third parties. Users agree to indemnify the Platform for claims arising from intellectual property infringement or misrepresentation.


10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform guarantees that the Game Account is functional and matches the listing description at the time of LVS. Beyond this, the Platform is not liable for bans, suspensions, content changes, or losses imposed by game developers, publishers, or third parties. Buyers and sellers participate at their own risk, and no claims are valid once the LVS concludes. The Platform is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and liability for any transaction is limited to the transaction amount.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia.


12. Versioning

The version of the TOS at the time of a transaction applies to that transaction. Updated versions will be published on the Platform, and users are responsible for reviewing them. Proof of the TOS version applicable to a transaction will be sent to the buyer’s registered email prior to payment.
